Special delivery at the conveyor belt sushi place!
Akio took me to a super cheap conveyor belt sushi place in Kofu, Japan where you can get two pieces of pretty decent sushi for only 100 yen (~$1). You can either grab from the conveyor belt below or order using a touch screen and have your custom orders delivered right to your table via this snazzy “train.” This might be commonplace at conveyor belt sushi places in Japan (I’m not sure since I only went to one) but being the shameless tourist that I am, I just had to take a video. A heartbreaking report about the pets/animals left behind in Fukushima. [Gizmodo]
